Anybody feeling the urge to eat? Whether you wake and bake, or toke before you dine, that feeling of the munchies never fails to move stoners off their seat. Now we know every stoner is unique, having their own preference in bud, and their own taste for activities to pair with their stoner lifestyle. So the question is, whether it's better for us stoners to partake in our loud sessions before we eat, or if it's better to wait until after the smoke session is complete?
We think its, up to the stoner... What do you want when you're floating in the sky? Stoners tend to be a tad impulsive when elevated, and usually opt for the most convenient choice
when deciding, to avoid having any frustration in the moment. However, most stoners prepare for this lapse in judgement, and plan their activities before they begin a smoke session. Yes! before you light that joint, take a second to think about how the next few hours are gonna play out. This can often help you to have a greater experience after consuming specific herbs.
Nothing can really compare to the taste of your favorite dish after a massive bowl of Sherbert. As some stoners say, "everything's better with a little ???... "After indulging in your favorite strain, its plain to see the difference in how enjoyable the flavor of food is. But, is this boost in flavor worth it? After digging into some tasty grub, you'll quickly notice you're not
soaring as high as you were before. Your own cravings might have just worked against your "Canna Fun." This might be the case if you let your munchies get the best of you and indulge in the decadence of your juicy meal. The effects of the herbs we consume just seems to fade away after we're full on food. If this has happened to you once before, its safe to say that you probably thought about when you're going to eat for your next smoke session.
Now this isn't as easy a decision to make as you may think. There are a few things that play into making this decision. This is why we at Stoners Club say it is up to the type of stoner you are at any given moment, as our habits and taste in activities change constantly. You may want to eat before you consume herbs to avoid losing the longevity of their effects. You also, might prefer to have better tasting food after the sesh instead. It all comes down to what your in the mood for, your immediate responsibilities, and how much time you have available for smoking it up. Some people also consider having the best of both worlds, having a small meal before and after they ignite. Finding the perfect balance isn't easy, but it sure is possible.
If you're indulging in medicinal herbs, you may choose to eat after your session to allow for the relief properties of herbs to work there magic, before indulging in a meal to smooth the decent of your "flight". Whereas, if you are indulging in recreational herbs, you might decide on eating a quick meal before you blaze up, and push through the munchies to enjoy your head in the clouds for as long as possible. For those chasing that balance between longevity and their love for food, the munchies remain an uphill battle. No matter when or how the herbs are consumed, it leaves stoners eager for a plate.
