  • How can I place an order online?
    Our products are currently available for purchase on both Stoners Club SC and on Amazon. The Amazon link to each product can be found in the "Product Description" and "Product Info" section of each product page. You can also search our product name on the Stoners Club SC website and Amazon. If you require further help in purchasing our products, please contact us.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    We presently offer returns for the items purchased on StonersClubsc.com. We are confident in the satisfaction our products provide. However, we are pleased to assist you with your returns. Please read Stoners Club SC Returns Policy for more information. You have 20 day(s) after confirmed delivery to make a return. To begin the return process please access our Online Returns Portal. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items received in shipment, please use our available Online Requests Form.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can request for an order to be canceled before it has been processed completely and shipped. *It usually takes 1 day(s) for an order to fully process.*
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Yes, in some instances you can make changes to your order before it has processed completely and shipped. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any adjustments to your order. Stoners Club reserves the right to limit or refuse changes to orders placed on the Stoners Club SC website.
  • How long does it take my order to ship?
    We care about the safety and security of our customers. For this reason, we do not ship orders until after we have verified the payment method used. All orders are shipped after your transaction has been processed completely. Shipment usually arrives within 3-5 business days for Domestic orders, 7-11 business days for orders to Canada, and within 3-6 weeks for other International orders.
  • Can I ship to another country?
    Yes, Stoners Club SC presently offers both domestic and international shipping options. You can now order from the United States, Canada, Mexico, UK, and other overseas countries.
